We’ve just taken another step forward in making Gather the smartest integration layer for your e-commerce stack. This update gives you review link tracking and automatic event syncing into Klaviyo—so your post-purchase flows are more accurate, more targeted, and less annoying for your customers.

Until now, brands had no way to know if a customer had already clicked their review link. That meant duplicate requests and spammy experiences. Not anymore.

With this update:

  • Gather generates a unique tracked review link for every request.

  • Once a customer clicks it, Gather records the interaction.

  • That customer will no longer receive repeated review prompts.

The result: a smoother customer journey and higher-quality review collection without over-messaging.

🔗 Klaviyo Event Syncing

We’ve also added event syncs directly into Klaviyo. When a customer interacts with your review link, Gather automatically fires an event.

This unlocks advanced flow control, such as:

  • Branching your post-purchase flow based on review status.

  • Sending thank-you emails to reviewers.

  • Triggering reminders only for those who haven’t clicked.
