Smarter Flow Creation and Email Generation

We’ve just rolled out a major update to make setting up flows in Gather faster and more intuitive.

Direct Action Page Linking

You can now link users straight to the actions page. No extra clicks—just use /actions in your link or email.

Streamlined Options

We’ve simplified the setup process. Only the essentials remain:

  • Subject title

  • Price sensitivity

  • Industry type (electronics, apparel, supplements, etc.)

Based on the industry, Gather suggests timing defaults. For example:

  • Electronics → follow-up after 14 or 28 days

  • Apparel → faster follow-up cycles

  • Supplements → slower nurturing cadence

You can still override with a Custom option.

AI-Powered Email Generation

Using OpenAI, Gather now generates ready-to-use email copy for your flows. Enter your brand, choose the product type, and click Generate. If you don’t like the first draft, regenerate until it fits. You can copy subject lines, drop the content into your Klaviyo flow, and hit Create Flow. Gather handles the setup and links you directly to Klaviyo for activation.

Example:

  • “Celebrate our one-month anniversary with a special offer.”

  • “Just checking in—did you enjoy your recent order?”

Smarter Flow Triggers

This release also improves order-based triggers. Once an order is placed, the flow starts automatically.

Coming Soon: Review Link Tracking

In the next version, Gather will let you paste your review URL. We’ll generate a unique tracked link. If a customer has already left a review, they won’t get asked again. This prevents duplicate review requests and keeps your brand experience clean.
